The Mazars team advised the owner of Libusoft Cicom from the initial talks, coordination of the due diligence process to the conclusion of transaction with IN2 Group that specialises in providing software development service. IN2 Group acquired 100% of stake in Croatian company Libusoft Cicom. Thus Libusoft Cicom became a part of a multinational CSI Group ((Constellation Software Inc.) under whose umbrella is IN2 Group.
