The Mazars team advised the owners of Diverto in the process of selling the company, from initial discussions, coordination during the due diligence process to closing the transaction with Generali Investments, one of the largest and oldest asset managers in Southeast Europe. The company Generali Investments acquired 74% of the shares in Croatian company Diverto.
