The Mazars team advised the owner of Deltron from the initial talks, coordination of the due diligence process to the conclusion of transactions - the purchase of 80% of the share by Beijer Ref, a leading European distributor of air conditioners. 

This strategic agreement is a large step forward for Deltron as well, being a clear market leader on Croatian and Bosnian market, now operating under the support of global strategic player.
