Lovre Botica

Lovre Botica, CFA is the Partner of the Financial Advisory Department of Mazars in Croatia. He joined Mazars in 2013, when he participated in numerous due diligence projects for domestic and international clients, valuations and consulting on the sell side in mergers and acquisitions transactions, and the preparation of reports on purchase price allocation (PPA report) from the sectors of distribution, environmental and waste protection, services, tourism, energy, production and many others.

Lovre graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, after which he further improved his skills and became the owner of the CFA certificate and an authorized appraiser within the Croatian Association of Appraisers, of which he is also the president.

He is a lecturer at the Croatian Institute of Finance on the topics of fundamentals of valuation, DCF method, multiplier method, static method, i.e. net asset method, financial analysis and the like.

He actively speaks English.
