The Mazars team led by Andrija Garofulić advised the owner of Deltron from the initial talks, coordination of the due diligence process to the conclusion of transactions - the purchase of 80% of the share by Beijer Ref, a leading European distributor of air conditioners.
Beijer Ref, a leading European distributor of air conditioning products has signed a binding agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in the air conditioning company Deltron, with the option to acquire the remaining share.
