Drago is a Digital advisory partner at Mazars in Croatia. He is an expert in digital strategies, management consulting, and changes in organizational culture through digital transformation. He helps companies to transform strategically and create competitive advantages by using leading digital platforms and technologies. So far, he has worked with some of the largest Croatian companies.

He started his career at the Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and UniSannio in Italy. Later on in the industry, he led the development of production and implementation of software and hardware solutions in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT). Through prominent projects in the public and industrial sectors, he brought technological transformation to large organizations. Then, as business director of the CADCAM Group, he brought innovation and digital transformation to leading manufacturing companies in the region. Today, he continuously advises and guides dozens of leading regional companies on their digital journey with a team of experts.

He received his doctorate in the fields of Electronics and ICT at UniSannio in Italy and at FER in Zagreb and has an Executive MBA at the Cotrugli Business School. He is an assistant professor at Algebra University, where he teaches digital transformation and disruptive business models, and he teaches digital platforms and IoT at e-Leadership and as an invited lecturer at several business and study programs. He is the author of numerous scientific and professional articles, webinars, and one textbook, and is a frequent speaker at conferences on the topic of business transformation.
