Mandatory elements of the Invoice
Each invoice issued by an enterprise must contain the prescribed data as it is a credible document proving the occurrence of a business event.
Creating invoices should be approached with special care, since it is necessary to meet a number of legal frameworks:
- Obligatory elements of the invoicr in accordance with the VAT Act
- Mandatory element in accordance with the Financial Business Act and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement
- Additional elements in accordance with the Law on Fiscalization
- Additional elements in accordance with the Companies Act.
